What Are We Looking For
Sevi Health is a dynamic, growing, and entrepreneurial company on a mission to simplify
primary care. We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, team-focused leader to align our
culture and assist with continuous growth. This role will report to the Director of Clinical Operations
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Office Manager, you can expect:
Patients come first. Providing an exceptional patient experience each and every time is key in our success.
Meaningful workday - every day. You’ll go home knowing you are making a difference in patients’ lives and that you are developing the team to reach their full potential.
Available when the clinic is open.
Lead a team. Develop, mentor and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients, teammates and community.
Financial Management. Adhere to budget, forecast expenses, order supplies, monitor compliance.
Culture & Growth. Our values are an intentional part of everything we do. We believe in celebrating each other along the journey and continuously seek to elevate our brand.
Partner with the Director of Operations to identify and address employee and patient concerns to enhance goals and standards.
Qualifications
The shining star for our Healthcare Operations Manager should have:
● Passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
● Prior clinical leadership experience, preferably including experience with direct reports and billing.
● Ability to communicate with ease and professionalism.
● Ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a swiftly changing environment.
● Collaboration is a key tool to our success.
