Piyush Gupta is an internal medicine physician practicing primary care at Sevi Health. He is passionate about providing primary care for local communities, preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and wellness. He is board certified in internal medicine. He completed his undergraduate education at Carnegie Mellon University, medical school at University of Vermont, and residency at Brown University.

Virag is a board-certified Family Physician and Hospice/ Palliative Care physician who has been practicing in primary care and high-risk geriatrics for more than 30 years. His passion is providing holistic, comprehensive care for the elderly. He has held leadership positions in residency training, post acute, hospice and managed Medicare organizations.

With 20 years of strategic expertise gained as a general manager and a C-level advisor, Oscar drove results for multimillion-dollar P&Ls. As a senior executive, he has a track record of positioning tens of companies for growth, fast time to market. He is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur, originating multimillion-dollar revenue streams and piloting cost-efficient programs. He is also an agile product manager, collaborating closely with software engineers in launching tens of digital products. As a negotiator, he is skilled in stakeholder alignment and change management. In finance, Oscar is an expert in M&A, fundraising, and restructuring. He is a well-rounded leader with experience spanning industries, roles, and geographies.

Phil pivoted to health care following a personal family health scare. As an investor and builder, he was drawn to Sevi’s potential to transform the primary care delivery model. Phil’s prior experience includes managing investment portfolios and leading a startup technology platform. He received his undergraduate degree from Caltech and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sandy has 30+ years of healthcare experience in hospital systems and private practice. She has led multi-discipline teams to advance in patient experience, operational best practices, and culture development. Sandy is passionate about elevating patient, employee, and business partnerships, and finds joy in optimizing these experiences. Sandy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CT MGMA, and is a former member of ReadyCT, Allied Health, supporting local students and their career pathway.
